This Society has stood by and allowed Joey's murderer to make a mockery of the law. FIGHT FOR JUSTICE will act as a catalyst for irrevoable change across the whole of our state. COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURES In a Criminal Case The State may appeal 1--from a final judgement granting a motion to dismiss or quashing any indictment information, presentation or inquisition 2--from final judgement if the State alleges that the trial judge a; failed to impose the sentence mandated by The Code b; imposed or modified a sentence in violation of the Maryland Rules In a Case of Violent Crime The State may appeal	Nullify--to cancel out, to make of no value, to discount. Jury Nullification is where the jury deliberately rejects the evidence and refuses to apply the law because the law is against the jury's sense of morality. Juries are the last line of defense against tyrannical government to nullify unjust, oppressive law. Once a jury nullifies, it goes unchallenged a precedent has been set. Since April 2002 the laws against Murder have been deemed unjust. MURDER IS LEGAL IN MARYLAND. The Maryland Statues against Murder have been declared oppressive.
